    1. Services Offered

    Dump Dudes provides junk removal, dumpster rental, small demolition, hauling, material delivery, and cleanout services. All jobs are subject to availability and a final quote upon inspection.

    2. Scheduling & Cancellations

    Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may be subject to a fee. Dump Dudes reserves the right to reschedule services due to weather or equipment issues.

    3. Payment

    Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, or other approved payment methods. Late payments may result in additional fees.

    4. Access and Safety

    Customers are responsible for ensuring clear and safe access to the work area. We are not liable for delays or damage caused by restricted access, unmarked utilities, or unsafe conditions.

    5. Limitation of Liability

    Dump Dudes is not liable for damages to driveways, lawns, underground lines, or property caused during normal operation unless gross negligence is involved. Customers are advised to inform us of any sensitive areas beforehand.

    6. Refusal of Service

    We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe environments, illegal items, or if the job exceeds our legal capacity or equipment limitations.
